Being in construction myself and wanting to build our dream retirement home out of state, I interviewed several contractors. I inspected several of Aschauer's homes under construction and found their workmanship to be superb and very detailed. My wife and I do not regret having Aschauer Construction build our home.
They have been very patient with us as we had numerous questions. We were coming from a warm climate and moving to a cold climate. They gave us several good suggestions in which we incorporated in our home. There were times I think they could read our minds and fulfilled each request we had.
Their staff is extremely helpful and easy to work with. We had them build a model home we saw in California which they had never built before. The home is exactly like the model home which was our goal.
They made our dream a reality. We cannot thank them enough. |

In a time when service is so rare, we found it refreshing to find a company such as Aschauer Construction that is concerned with good service you can depend on in the Pinetop-Lakeside area. We live outside the area so it was important to us from our first meeting in January to the completion of our home in July that Aschauer communicate regularly, which they did without question. Can you believe we actually requested changes during construction and they were able to handle all of our requests!
The workmanship of our home is of the highest quality; however, when we did have concerns, Aschauer responded in a very professional and timely manner. We found Sylvia, Will, Jay and Tom to be some of the best examples of employee/owner representatives to be found in the state of Arizona.

We have recently completed our third build with Aschauer Construction and would
not consider another contractor. They have completed each build on time and
well within budget. We have total confidence, based on experience, that should
an issue arise even after the expiration of the warranty, Aschauer will take care
of it. |
