Our Service Area in the White Mountains of Arizona

Our service area includes "the White Mountains area" in northeastern Arizona. We have two model home offices, one on Highway 260 in Lakeside and another in Heber at the junction of Highway 277 and 260.

Generally, the White Mountains include the cities of Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, Springerville, Eagar, Snowflake/Taylor and St. Johns. The Mogollon Rim communities of Forest Lakes and Heber-Overgaard are in the western portion of our White Mountain service area, and the resort communities of Greer and Alpine near the New Mexico state border are located in the eastern area of our service area. There are additional charges for the outlying areas such as Alpine, Forest Lakes and Greer.

The White Mountains offer four distinct seasons; yet, the year round climate is moderate.  Elevation ranges from approximately 5600' in the Snowflake/Taylor area, to over 8000' in Alpine.
