Ranging from 640 to 2016 square feet, our models offer a variety of options tailored for different budgets and needs.  You can select a floor plan "as is," or customize your model with garages, extended decks, fireplaces and more.  The links below will show you an artist's rendition of each model and the associated floor plan.  If you would like to easily compare the different models, our "sketches page" will give you a quick overview of the various designs and other specs.

• The Timberlake - A three bedroom model featuring convenience (1248 Square Feet)
  The single-story Timberlake home is a three bedroom model that separates the master bedroom and bath.

  Vonda's Chalet is one of our most popular two story models constructed in the White Mountains. The chalet features a loft, two bedrooms and two baths.

  The Homesteader features an open, airy feeling the living room and an upstairs master suite. This two story model features three bedrooms and two baths.

  The expanded version of our popular Vonda's Chalet features a wood burning fireplace, central heat, and an open loft. Two bedrooms, two baths and plenty of deck space compliment this gorgeous home.
