The Turnkey Home is a fully complete home.  The best way to describe our turnkey Home is this:  The only things you will need to complete your home are the window coverings!

Electrical and Plumbing Specs

All of the electrical and plumbing are completed and meet code. Copper plumbing is used. The home comes with a cinder driveway, the culvert at the street, and an allowance for water and sewage lines.

Heating and Insulation

We include an energy saving insulation package consisting of R19 sidewalls and heavy R30 insulation in the ceilings. The heating system consists of electric in-wall forced heaters operated through a thermostat.  If you request, we can install fireplaces.

Cabinets, Hardwood Floors, Garages and Other Features

You can have "rustic" style interior featuring knotty pine ceilings and open beams, hardwood or carpeted floors, and many more options limited only by your imagination. We can include fireplaces, garages or carports ... and we will even work with recommended solar vendors and well drillers.
